It is centered on an 18k (750/°°) yellow gold cross motif adorned with an aquamarine and four cabochons of amethyst set in close settings. It holds a pompom formed of white and pink freshwater pearls, gold ferrules, the 14k (585/°°) gold cap decorated with small round diamonds and a tapper diamond. Ratchet clasp in 14k (585/°°) gold with 8 safety pins.
