PENDANT in 925/°° silver, square shape, black and green enam - Lot 50
PENDANT in 925/°° silver, square shape, black and green enamelled with swallow decoration. It holds in its center a rectangular glass (or crystal?) pendant set with a rail of white stones mounted on silver. Part of the original chain with rectangular links enamelled alternately in green and black remains. A small chip on the bottom of the pendant. Art Deco period. PB: 50.4g. 8x5.4cm (pendant) 13cm (chains).
The swallows in this pendant are reminiscent of those on Lalique's "Vol d'hirondelles" clock, a model created in 1920.
